In this role, you will work directly with customers, sales, marketing, and engineering to present best-in-class technology solutions to enable home medical equipment providers to help streamline their operations.
This role will primarily be supporting sales and customer success teams.
Day To Day Activities
- Educate customers on the value of NikoHealth in a consultative way
- Work with customers to solve complex business processes to enable the adoption of NikoHealth
- Work with decision-makers at all levels to facilitate deal closure
- Conduct presentations and ongoing interaction with our development and strategy teams
- Work closely with internal management on business objectives
- Participate on-site at Conferences
- Conduct onsite meetings with key customers
What you should have
- 1+ years of direct experience within the B2B SaaS space.
- Experience in the healthcare tech SaaS environment.
- You are competitive and driven to achieve goals.
- You are articulate and poised with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style.
- You take an active interest in opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
- Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically adept; experience with web technologies.
