The Change HealthCare outage reported as of February 21st in response to a cyber security incident they experienced continues to impact our customers ability to submit claims, receive electronic remittances, and process electronic insurance eligibility transactions. At this time, there is no timeline provided by Change HealthCare as to when these systems will be operational. There is no indication that any of our client’s data has been compromised. We’re committed to ensuring our customers business continuity and are actively working to establish alternate clearinghouse routes.
