Data Migration Specialist

We are a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming the way Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers operate. Our all-in-one platform streamlines business operations, empowering providers to work smarter and more efficiently.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Migration Specialist with a strong background in DME/HME workflows and systems. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition for customers moving from legacy systems into our platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into NikoHealth’s platform
  • Map, extract, cleanse, and transform data (patients, inventory, claims, orders, payers, etc.)
  • Collaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migration
  • Provide customer support and guidance during the transition process
  • Assist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4+ years of experience in SaaS data migration, data operations, or ETL
  • Hands-on experience with DME systems such as Brightree, Fastrack, CPR+, Kareo, or similar
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Deep understanding of DME data types: HCPCS codes, inventory, patient
    demographics, CMNs, insurance, and billing workflows
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of reimbursement and compliance rules for DME
  • Experience supporting software implementations or onboarding in a client-facing role (either as a DME/HME provider or in a DME/HME SaaS provider)
