    Hi there. It’s really an interesting stuff. It seems to me it can ease the processes of the medical area, on making easier access to HME services to people who can have medical follow-up from home, facilitating access to places in hospitals for people on cases of greater urgency and severity, as some patients can be home supported, and even easing the communication between patients and specialists. It can also make grow the historic of cases, making possible more comparisons and improving the quality of checking parameters to solve similar cases with the historical registers more quickly. It also can drive to a good quality on preparing the non-specialist or the patient him/herself to apply the needs, when it’s the case. Also, some historic of failures can be built, to make them faster to fix, or detect before they happen. New tools will be possible to be developed, from case studies and content analysis, to even be applied inside hospitals and laboratories, for example, on factors that detect and improve delays on hospital patient’s waiting rooms.
