We take a hybrid approach to training. First we provide a library of starter courses that spans all activities in NikoHealth. After which we generally provide role-based training sessions to dig deeper into topics for each customer’s workflows.
We also have an extensive library of help articles and shorter videos on a granular level.
Onboarding typically involves weekly meetings between NikoHealth and the customer to maintain timelines and overcome any barriers.
Timelines vary by scope, migration size, data availability and cleanliness, integrations, and number of users transitioning. For small to medium sized DME, we generally estimate 90-120 days.
